Answer:

(cot54+tan20)÷(tan36+cot 70)= {cot (90-36)+tan (90-70)}÷tan36 +cot 70

= (tan 36+ cot 70)÷(tan 36+cot 70)=1

Answer:

Correct Question:

{ \sf{ \frac{cot54°}{tan36°} +  \frac{tan20°}{cot70°}   =? }}  \\

Solution:

{ \implies{ \sf{ \frac{cot54°}{tan36°} + \frac{tan20°}{cot70°} }}} \\

{ \implies{ \sf{ \frac{cot(90 - 36)}{tan36°} + \frac{tan(90 - 70)}{cot70°} }}} \\

{ \implies{ \sf{ \frac{tan36°}{tan36°} + \frac{cot70°}{cot70°} }}} \\

{ \implies{ \sf{ \cancel{{ \frac{tan36°}{tan36°}}} + { \cancel{\frac{cot70°}{cot70°} }}}}} \\

{ \implies{ \sf{1 + 1}}}

{ \implies{ \sf{2}}}
