let theta be A

 {cot}^{2}A - \frac{1}{ {sin}^{2}A } \\ \\ {cot}^{2}A - {cosec}^{2}A \\ \\ = -1 \\ \\ using \\<br />{cot}^{2}A + 1 = {cosec}A^{2}

SakshaM725: whose write the correct question
SakshaM725: who ***
ajjose845: how cot^2theta - cosec^2theta =1 ?
SakshaM725: using identity that I wrote below in my answer
ajjose845: cot^2theta -cosec^2theta = -1
Anonymous: check mine
SakshaM725: I got it now check my answer
ajjose845: ya that is write

Hey

Given question is :-

Cot²∅ - 1 / Sin²∅

Now ,

Cos²∅ / Sin²∅ - 1 / Sin²∅

= Cos²∅ - 1 / Sin²∅

= - Sin²∅ / Sin²∅

= - 1

thanks :)
