Renewable resources are so abundant or are replaced so rapidly that, for all practical purposes, they can't run out. Fossil fuels are the most commonly used non-renewable resources

answer is NO.

Because our body can take some resources directly from atmosphere like Oxygen and some needs to take in indirect way like iron. i.e. we can eat iron ore to fulfill our bodies iron need.

Secondly, it's not possible to convert non renewable resources to renewable one
