Could anyone tell me how to attach image to que the option is not coming

to attach image when u write a question them u will fing camera icon below and one more icon on the right side of it on clicking any one u can add image

When u r righting the ques there is a mark of camera from which u can click image n 1option is also of image from which u can select the image from ur gallery...
