Could Earth's first atmosphere have supported the lives of humans and other living things of today?

No... At first the Earth which was formed to due Big Bang (as predicted according to scientists), there were lots of Radiations and Radioactivies in the atmosphere. This cannot in any way support human existence. It caused major mutations in the algae which started to grow at that time. And these mutations were such that they led to the evolution of complex living organisms from them. Slowly due to Earth's appreciable distance from the Sun, the Earth cooled down and gradually the radioactivity decreased up-to a considerable extent and this led to an atmosphere favourable for humans to survive.
Even if for a moment we think that human were just spontaneously present at that time then, no would have Survived because of serious radiations.
