Could it be destiny that some children have a very comfortable life and some don't even have their basic rights?

well its hard to say its destiny as sometimes there might be situations when the children who led a comfortable life go through some difficulties but won't be able to cope up with it while those who lived with difficulties all their life can cope up with any type of environment
