could Swami give the complaints letter to the headmaster after end of the school why or why not

No Swami could not give the complaint letter to the headmaster because he thought that he would give the letter to the headmaster at last so that he would have proof to describe himself. But headmaster was not available after end of the school.And the assistant headmaster was his teacher Samuel. That's why he could not give the complaint letter to the headmaster.

Swami didn't handover the complaint letter to headmaster in the morning because he wasn't sure about the allegations put on the headmaster whether Samuel was deserving that or not.
