The harm to people from acid rain is not direct. Walking in acid rain, or even swimming in an acid lake, is no more dangerous than walking or swimming in clean water. However, the pollutants that cause acid rain (sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) also damage human health.
Thank You.

Acid rain doesn't affect directly on us as it does not contain that much pH value which can damage our skin. Acid rain has indirect effects on us.The sulphur dioxide can bring out chronic lung diseases like asthma and bronchitis. Nitrogen oxide promotes ground level ozone formation which is very harmful it promotes severe pneumonia.
