Explanation:

I strongly uphold the view that we should stop over - viewing television programmes as, with an exception of a few programmes, the rest are a clear waste of time. I strongly uphold the view that we should stop over-viewing television programmes as, with an exception of a few programmes, the rest are a clear waste of time which lack educational and entertainment value. The portrayal and depiction of scenes capture our imagination to the point of killing it and hence, we often begin to think and imagine likewise. Our minds are so much in their grip that we destroy our ability to think and at times even act rationally. Sitting glued to the television for hours on end not only spoils one's eyes, but also promotes obesity which further leads to major health issues. So, it is strongly recommended that television viewing must be curtailed to the bare minimum in so far as it serves as a recreational measure.
