Countries like Japan don’t have a lot of natural resources but still they are developed nations because the Human Resources of those countries are highly developed and even the labour is skilled and educated.

On the other hand, take a look at our country, India. The natural resource level in India is very high, but the Human Resources are undeveloped, causing India to be placed in the category of a ‘developing nation.’
