First understand what is polar nature
In a polar nature both the elements are different...not of same type......so the one having more electronegativity will attract the shared pair of electron towards itself ....and will attain -ve charge whereas other will have +ve charge , therefore it will ionise in water with opposite charge .... Ohkkkkk
