COVID-19 has really messed up our entire life schedule. Everyone is stuck at home quarantining themselves with very little to do. But while you’re in your house, it is important to stay healthy and fit. Think about it, this could be a way to work on your body more.
Instructions:
1) Each student will create a 2 min. video, explaining and demonstrating the different types of exercise.
2) During each performed exercise, the student should highlight the important muscle benefitting the most from such exercise.
3) Students must mention whether the exercise is Aerobic or Anaerobic, and why?
