Hydrogen gas is diatomic so Cp/Cv=1.41 and also for N2 Cp/Cv=1.41
Cp-Cv= a for hydrogen now dividing both side by Cv
so, Cp/Cv-1=a/Cv
and Cv=5/2R
similarly for N2
Cp-Cv=b
Cp/Cv-1=b/Cv
and value of Cv will also be same for N2
Cv=5/2R
now put the value and aget relation that a=b
