Here is ur answer.....
Chromium has six unpaired electrons. As we know that the atomic no. Of chromium is 24 and if we do its electronic configuration than its last six electrons were in 3d and 4s shell. So the six electrons in these shells are signal and unpaired. Hence it is paramagnetic by dint of presence of unpaired electrons...
