Fair discrimination is the unjust treatment of a person on the basis of productivity, law, requirements of a certain job and affirmative action. Some of the employees choose to hire women instead of young men because they feel that women are easy to manipulate and easy to work with. Some have the view that women are easy to command and follow instructions.

Often in a workplace, a person faces mistreatment in sections of performance, productivity, laws and the prerequisites set for certain jobs.

This is known as fair discrimination.

By doing so, the company or employer discriminates between their present employees or future recruits with the goal of manipulation in mind.

This is a case seen majorly when there is a rush to hire female applicants over male because women is usually taken to be weak and easily manipulated.
