1. Alva owes 50,000 to Baliga on 1st January, 2018. Alva became insolvent and the receiver appointed in
the estate of Alva paid a dividend of 20% on 30th June, 2018 and a final dividend of 40% on
25th December, 2018. Baliga closes his books on 31st December each year.
Show the account of Alva in the books of Baliga for the year 2018.
