My bestie

A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.

The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand;

“Today my best friendslapped me in the face.”

They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After he recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone;

Today my best friend saved my life.”

The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him;

rote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?”

The other friend replied;

we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.”

Moral of the story:

Don’t value the things you have in your life. But value who you have in your life.

GREED KILLS!

There was a poor old man in Netherlands. He didn't even have money to feed himself. He usually begs in front of a church near the sea. One day, he got a piece of bread by someone thrown at his pot. He was delighted. He thought to eat it in is home.

While in his way to his home, he saw a man cooking delicious hot-dogs in the street. He felt more hungry. He decided to eat that loaf of bread by smelling the delicious smell of those hot-dogs. He ate it happily. But the man selling hot-dogs came to the old man and said,"You have to pay me for smelling my hot dogs!"But the old man said that he didn't eat his hot-dogs. They argued for a while. Then, after some time, a good-looking man arrived there. He asked for what happened there. After knowing about what all happened, he took out a bag full of coins. He shook the bag and asked the street-food seller,"can you hear the clinging sound of the coins?"That man replied'"Yes!". The good-looking stranger then said to the person,"Now you are paid, no more argument with the old person."

The man went away. The old man blessed him a lot for helping him.
