creat ms word file name "test.docx"and save it in " my folder".

open Microsoft word, then save it by following these steps.Ctrl+s,or office button-save.in the save as dialogue box navigate to the required destination and click save

This  is your answer.

To create in file named "test.docx" in folder named "my folder".

For this you have to see whether this folder exists in your computer or not.

if it exists, then you just go for creating the file.

If It does not exist. Then You have to create that folder first.....
I am giving you steps with their attachments : - 

Step I :-  Right Click on Main Screen, Click on new and then click on folder.
    
Step II :-  Rename the folder to "my folder". 
           {FOLDER CREATED}

Step III :- Now, go to Start, and search "Word Pad".  Open it.

Step IV :- Now write anything in the word pad.

Step V :- Click on menu, and then click on save.

Step VI :- See the path (Circled above), go to the folder named "my folder".  Click on it.

Step VII :- Rename the file, and search for different file types. You get the document type file. Click on it. 
Final Step:- Click on save.

  Congratulations !!! (lollz)  You have successfully created the required file.
