1.Click insert ←chart.

2.click the chart type and then double click the chart you want.

3.In the spreadsheet that appears, replace the default data with our information (earlier semester's marks:-)

maths 92

science 85

4.when you have finished, close the spreadsheet.

5.go to the first slide and click on the F5 tab/key on your keyboard. the slide show will start.
