Please see the enclosed design for the poster. As 2 hours are allocated for drawing, it is possible to draw most of that picture..
Draw what is possible, easily and what can be communicated easily in that picture.
Practice once before the competition. Then you can draw better and with higher quality.

I can mention the points in the above poster... The idea was to show a factory with coal burning and giving smoke.. a vehicle burning fuel and giving smoke... smoke cloud is troubling Sun and Moon, stars, astronauts in space... smoke is troubling people on earth.... Fluorocarbons in smoke making holes in the Ozone layer... UV rays in Sun radiation causing burns on skins.... boys/girls crying due to burns...
Now, for clean energy, Earth is in the middle...green globe with boy/girl smiling in the globe... We show different clean energy sources around globe... Solar panel, electric scooter, electric car, wind turbine, ocean waves...Nuclear energy showing a picture of an atom of thorium, geothermal spring, pic of natural hot water spring...
write one or two captions.... on the polluting fuel side write:: "Fossil Fuel Troubles" ........ on the clean energy side.... write : "Clean Energy Rejuvenates "....
