Frugality means using in a miserly manner, trying to save as much as possible.

So the slogan needs to touch upon both these points.

1. Protect the environment today, for protection tomorrow.

Meaning: Only if we protect the environment today, will we be able to get protection from global warming and natural disasters in the future.

2. Save resources, save lives.

Meaning: Life cannot exist without natural resources. For instance, once fossil fuels are exhausted, industries will shut down, causing unemployment and lack of products including processed foods.
