The Indus has its flow towards its west and it is flowing in countries such as Tibet, India and Pakistan. The relief feature that is present for Indus River is the Mt. Kailash Range.

The Ganga has its flow towards its east and it is flowing in countries such as India and Bangladesh and the relief feature for this river is Gangotri.

The Brahmaputra which is also called as Tsangpo is flowing towards its west in countries such as India, Bangladesh and Tibet. The relief feature that is present for this river is the Chemayungdung Glacier.

The Godavari flows towards its east and it is flowing in the regions of Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. The relief features that are present for this river are Triambak and Nasik.

Krishna and Narmada have their flow towards east and west respectively and they both are flowing in the region of MP and Gujarat. The relief feature of Krishna is Mahabaleshwar Amarkantak and the relief feature of Narmada is the Arabian sea.
