In a triangle ABC, lets take AB = 13m , BC = 14m, CA= 15m
We will find semi - perimeter of triangle ABC first;
s = (a + b + c)/2
s = (13 + 14 +15)/2
s = 42/2  = 21m       -------  eqn. (1)
By Heron's formula,
Area  =
√s (s - a) (s -b) (s - c)
by putting eqn (1) we get,
Area = √21( 21 - 13) ( 21 - 14) (21 - 15)
Area = √ 21 x 8 x 7 x 6
Area = √ 7056
Area = 84 m²
