Create Ten Questions about interior design.
I put this under art because there is no subject for interior design.
Ramona is a retired teacher who had a mild stroke three years ago. She usually
uses a walker, but is sometimes constricted to a wheelchair. She loves music and
used to teach piano. Her most prized possession is her grand piano. Ramona is
looking to renovate her entire house in order to create an easier living environment
and provide a comfortable atmosphere for her grandchildren. What would you ask
Ramona to help determine her needs?
I so far have:
1. Do you need a ramp in front of your door?
2. Do you want a music room?
3. Would you like a room that has reminders of when you taught students?
4. Would you like any spare bedrooms if your grandchildren stay for a while?
5. Is there anything that can be done or removed so that there is less of a risk of you having a stroke again?
6. Will you need a place to confine your wheelchair? (Closet, small room, etc.)
7. Instead of replacing any stairs to another floor with a ramp, should we put a motorized chair that goes up the stairs? (Due to space restrictions, a ramp going up would not be possible.)
8. Are there any colors that we need to be aware of? (In case if one may trigger a stroke)
