then press Ctrl+s

1.Open Ms.Word
2.Click in the office button on the extreme Left top corner.
3.Click new
4.Type your Notes in the blank pages.
5.Again click on office button and select SAVE AS.
6.Select the folder where you want to save the file and click Save.
