Answer:

Going to future to learn what has to be corrected right now to have a better future and then, returning back to present to correct my mistakes is, in a sense, like revisiting my past(present) to correct my mistakes and having a better present(future) day.

However,if I have been given a chance to travel through time like this,I would probably choose to revisit my past as it seems more logical to me.

Why?...If I choose the second option,perhaps I'll have a better future.But still the traumatizing memories of my past will stay deep inside my mind and I have to carry those all my life.On the other hand, if I revisit my past and repair it, I'll probably have a smooth present and therefore, a wonderful future.
