My favourite game is Volleyball . Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net . Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules . It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964 . Brazil remains the number one volleyball country in the world . No country has been truly dominant in volleyball , although the Soviet Union has won the most medals . The Japanese and the Soviet Union women's teams dominated from 1964-1984 , but since then the balance of power has shifted to Cuba , then to China and now to Brazil . The international net heights for sitting volleyball teams are 3 feet 9.28 inches or 1.15 meters for men's teams , and 3 feet 5.34 inches or 1.05 meters for women's teams . That's why Volleyball is my favourite game .
