Home! Home is where your heart is! Home is not made of any stone or brick or cement. But, in fact, it is a place where you grew with your family members.

Family gives you love, protection and imbibes good qualities within you. You feel safe at home, isn't it? You feel very comfortable at home, isn't it? Ofcourse, Yes! Home gives you a feeling of strength and develops a sense of responsibility within you.

Home is a place to stay for parents, grandparents and children. People of different age groups live together under one roof. Naturally we all learn by observing how to talk, how to eat and how to behave. Automatically, one learns values of give and take, cooperation and dignity of labour. Mother cooks, Father earns, elderly people looks after the house and children learn and develop in a world of comfort.

Home is dear to all. No doubt, man necessarily finds happiness at home. Home is a place which is supremely blessed by the company of near and dear ones.

Everyone cherishes to have a home because outside world is demanding and discouraging! There is always a competition and a risk factor involved. There is always a sense of insecurity. But at home, we all have freedom. Our achievements are appreciated at home, our faults are rectified, our failures are overlooked and yes! our efforts to improve are encouraged. What else do we want then?

Therefore, it is rightly said ," There is no place like home. It may be small, it may be humble but it is a home for a shelter."

I live in my own home. It has been built by my father. It is where I was born.

My home is made of brick. There are two bedrooms, a drawing room, a kitchen and a store room in it. There is also a cowshed. The rooms are spacious. The floors are concrete.

Each room has a door and four windows. All the doors have curtains.

Each bedroom has two beds, a bookshelf containing books and a stool. The walls are painted light blue. Beautiful pictures are hung on the walls. The drawing room has a round table in the centre. There is a sofa set also. In one corner, there is a T.V. set. We watch television everyday. The bedrooms and the drawing room have carpets. The kitchen has all amenities. There are almirahs where utensils are kept. There are shelves for crockery.

Behind the home, there is a kitchen garden. There are plants in it. In front of the house, there is a lawn. There are flowers in it. We bask the sun there in winter.

Peace reigns in my house. As it is not in a busy street, there is no din and bustle. My nice little home gives me comfort and pleasure.

The comfort, entertainment, care and pleasure which I get from my home, I cannot get these things from anywhere.

This concludes that my home is the best place for me.
