CRICKET : How do they decide on how many overs will be played in the final and 5th day of a test match for the chasing team to draw or win?

There is only one innings per team in these formats: One Day International: 50 overs per innings. T20 cricket: 20 overs per innings. T10 cricket: 10 overs per innings
