I would like to consider the following points before i go for House on rent:
1.Location :
I will select a place which is convenient to me, to travel to the office. It should have proper Bus, Train transportation.
2. It should be within my budget
3. The house should be away from main roads so that we do not get noise pollution.
4. House should have proper Vastu.
5. House shall have proper ventilation for fresh air and sunlight.
6. If possible select a house where we can enough place for terrace gardening / Gardening so that we an grow our own organic vegetables.

1. See whether the house is worth the cost.
2. Is it within your budget.
3. Is it located at a convenient place. Does it have a market at a short distance. Is it close to your workplace. It is located in a safe area.
4. How are its surroundings. Is an industry located nearby.
5. Is it well ventilated and spacious.
6. What are the terms of payment. Is it a lump sum payment or on instalments. Is it monthly or yearly payment. Does it include the electricity and water bills.
7. Are pets allowed.
8. Are there any extra facilities.
