Critical analysis of novel the mystery of blue train:

It is a mysterious story where a detective Hercule Poirot was in search of Ruth Kettering’s killer as she was travelling from the blue train to French Riviera. She was wearing a ruby necklace gifted by her father and this necklace was the reason behind her murder. In this novel there are others characters who were travelling in the same train such as Ruth’s husband Derek Kettering, a mistress dancer Mirelle, Katherine Grey who recently inherited lot of money and The Marquis a jewel thief.

As detective was also travelling from the same train so he started investigating the case. Ruth’s husband was arrested because he wanted the money but detective was not sure so he continued his investigation and found Kinghtom a murder who was really The Marquis and detective also found a cigarette with letter K in Ruth’s compartment.
