Dear Sir:
I am writing to Your Excellency to express my deep appreciation about the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan launched by your good self. The people of our country lack cleanliness urge. The general state of surroundings in our cities, villages, public buildings is pathetic. Squalor reigns everywhere; The general state of urban and rural India is unhygienic and unclean.
Our national goals of advancement, prosperity, and progress are directly associated with cleanliness. After you assumed office, Swachh Bharat Abhiayn was one of your first initiatives; people of India responded to it quite enthusiastically; as a result India became quite clean; millions of toilets were provided to poor people of India who could not afford toilets; as a result of this open defecation has almost ceased.
Sir, I would appeal to you to take initiatives in installing garbage treatment plants in all the cities of India. Enough trees should also be planted in, around or across these cities. It will further enhance the cleanliness in our country. Once again I appreciate you for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
