The poem "Please Listen" has been written by Leo Buscaglia. The poem is about the problems which the teenagers go through. The poet asks his parents and the elders to be a listener and listen to what he wants to speak off. He doesn't want any advice, suggestions or any feedback from them but just wants to express his feelings. Although after listening he would appreciate the suggestions but at present he wants the people around him to be a good listener. It is because of the age factor that the body goes through several mental, physical and hormonal changes that the teenagers find it very difficult to find people who may listen to their part.
