The poem beautifully depicts how hard, the Indian Weavers work. The poem gives an insight that how birth, life and death are in the form of the daily routine of a weaver because in the morning the weaver weaves a garment for a newborn, and in the evening he makes a gown for the Queen. On the other hand, he weaves a dead man's shroud at the night. We can find a metaphor here as it depicts how a weaver also starts to work from his childhood, he weaves after being born, in his youth and even before his death, he tirelessly works. The language is simple and easy to understand. While the rhyming scheme is "AABB", "ccdd", "eeff".The simile is also used in a few lines in the poem.
