Lor ullin's daughter is a romantic ballad of Thomas Campbell the ballad describes the tragic love story of lord ullin's daughter and her lover, the chieftain of ullva's island lord ullin was against their marriage but his daughter defied him and eloped with her lover. To put it in simpler terms it is about a girl who fell in love with a boy who is not so rich and her father rejected him so she planned to run away with her lover and at the end they both along with the boatman died.
