In this poem, the poet says that his life was so busiest life. He always engaged in his work. He didn't have time to think about himself. He forgot the meaning of his life. After long time, when he feel tired, he went into the garden and sat under the hemlock tree. He knew that hemlock tree was poisonous tree yet he sat there because he thought that nature has provided equal beauty to every tree. There was a crow which was sitting on a hemlock tree where also poet sat. The crow experienced poet's sad-filled emotions and he started to throw some particles of snow which fell on him and changed his mood and got happy and he knew the meaning and purpose of his life.
