Answer: The muscular system along with the skeletal system is not the only pat when we do cardio exercise for reduction of body fats in the body. At the time when our body moves our body coordinates which body part fibres should fire so thus burning the body fat from the body. The idea is that regional groups of muscles fire more and better together for better coordination in the body.
