The steps to reform political parties are following
ANTI DEFECTION LAW: According to this law ,MLAs or MPs cannot change the party after election.If any MLA or MP changes parties ,he or she will lose there seat in the legislature.
DETAILS OF PROPERTY AND CRIMINAL CASES:In order to reduce the influence of money and criminal,the supreme Court of our country passes an order.Now,it becomes mandatory for every candidate contesting election to file an AFFIDAVIT giving his details.
FILE AN INCOME TAX RETURN:The election commission passed an order making necessary for political parties to hold their organisational election and file their income tax return.
