A citizen has some basic rights, which he can enjoy by having his rights used, but in accordance with rights comes to the responsibilities. Right and responsibilities are quite interrelated terms, both of them are interdependent. A citizen without doing his part job, which is his or her responsibilities, cannot enjoy only the rights.

In order to ensure that, the person who does their part of the job which they responsible for, then they should get the rights availed, and if they are deprived of the basic rights, then it is considered a  violation of rights.
