Cold War was a state of geopolitical tension between Soviet Union with and its satellite states and United Nation States with its allies after the Second World War. The era from 1949- 1991 saw many small to large scale effects on various countries which are noticeable events of world history. The Warsaw Pact and Hungarian Revolution gave a threat peek to the world. The World witnessed Sino-Soviet split and Berlin Crisis. France withdrew themselves from NATO and the third world countries escalated and lastly it led to dissolution of Soviet Union.
