crocodiles have four chambered heart but are still reptiles. give reason?

the crocodile has complicated blood circulation of all vertebrates. They do have four chambered in the heart yes as well as to ventricle which is very unusual in reptiles crocodile adapted to have heart like this because they involve from smaller reptiles which don't have a four chambered heart
