YES CROP PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT IS BOTH A  PRE -HARVESTING AND POST HARVESTING PRACTICE.
BEFORE THE HARVESTING THE CROPS ARE TO BE PROTECTED FROM THE PESTS , WEEDS, AND MANY MORE ABIOTIC FACTORS. AND ALSO AFTER THE HARVESTING THE CROPS NEED TO BE STORED WELL AND PROTECT IT FROM PESTS AND MOISTURE.
