cross product,

A × B = |A| . |B| sin ∅

And when the two vectors are parallel, then the angle between them is zero.

That is, ∅ = 0°

Thus, sin∅ = sin 0° = 0

So, no matter whatever is the magnitude of the two parallel vectors be, the resultant will always be zero!

Hence, the statement is False .
