Advantages.

You will have a lots of friends and acquaintances. If you have car troubles, there will be some that would offer a lift or at least help push your vehicle. Sometimes even offer to look at the problem.

Disadvantages.

You will have people visiting you and overstaying their welcome. Intermingling of girls and boys leading to illicit relationships. All sorts of petty crime taking place and refuse becoming a major problem.

All of the above happens throughout the world, yet not necessarily in that order. But then again, many crowded cities are run regimentally and people somehow live in harmony. Till one rotten potato comes along to upset the apple cart.
