Some substances could get charred or decomposed when evaporated and more over evaporation will not purify the substance and after evaporation also impurities exist. But this is not the case of crstallisation

2. we get solid in the pure crystallized form.
3. The soluble impurities get removed in this process.
4. It doesn't require very high temperature conditions.
