evaporation of the 5 molecules water
which is also known as water of crystallisation
its formula is
cuso4.5h2o
when this water evaporates the copper sulphate become white

HIYA MATE....

This is a physical change and it takes place because there are 5 molecules of water there which get evaporated during heating...and it turns blue again if we add few drops of water....HOPE it WILL HELP YOU
