Answer:

4) The particles of a gas move about randomly at very high speeds because of large spaces and very less attractive forces between them. ... Because of this continuous collision between the particles of the gas and the walls of the container, the gas particles exert pressure on the walls of the container.

5)In winters though the sun is not very hot but the air is dry i.e it does not contain much moisture so evaporation of water takes place faster then rainy season where the air is fully moist.

6)The cooling process works through evaporative cooling. Capillary action causes water to evaporate from the mini-pores in the pot, taking the heat from the water inside, thus making the water inside cooler than the outside temperature.

B)Therefore, interconversion of states of matter occurs at a constant temperature. For example, when ice is heated, the temperature of the system does not rise till all the ice is melted. This is because, the heat gets used up in changing the state by overcoming the forces of attraction between the particles.
