l {}^{2}  =  {r}^{2}  +  {h}^{2}  \\  \\  =  >  {l}^{2}  = 256 + 144 \\  \\  =  >  {l}^{2} = 400 \\  \\  =  > l = 20m

curved \: surface \: area \: (csa)of \: cone \:  = \pi  rl \\  \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 16 \times 20
