Therefore, copper is a transition elements. On the other hand, in Zn (3d104s2) or Zn2+ (3d104s0) the 3d-orbital is completely filled. Therefore, zinc is not consideredas a true transition element, but its electronic configuration doesnot fit in the quantum mechanical definition.

harsh00859: A toolbar is a strip that contains a set of widgets called toolbar items. The toolbar can lay out its components either horizontally or vertically, and it can optionally wrap to multiple rows/columns. (In fact, a toolbar is really just an extension of the box element. See The Box System for details.)

The toolbar is specified using the toolbar tag. The attribute align is used to specify whether or not the toolbar is a horizontal toolbar or a vertical toolbar.

Hey your ques has flaw just to inform you its NOT Cu but Zn which is not considered as transition element (because of completely filled d orbital inits most stable form)

your ques should have been
WHY Cu IS CONSIDERED AS A TRANSITION METAL EVEN THOUGH IT HAS COMPLETELY FILLED d ORBITAL

The answer is

A transition metal should have incompletely filled d orbital in one of its stable ion(atleast)

copper [Ar] 3d104s1
Cu+ [Ar]3d10
Cu2+ [Ar]3d9.

Copper is a transition metal because the Cu2+ ion has an incomplete d orbital.
