A melodious voice means a gentle and soft voice which follows a proper tune and frequency which is similar to our song notes, that's why these voices are very pleasant to hear.
Similarly, cuckoo's voice is also gentle and a little soft and it thoroughly follows a proper frequency , that's why it sounds very melodious.
On the other hand,
The crow's sound is louder and it doesn't follow any kind of proper frequency and patterns, that's why it just sounds like random screaming.
For this reason the cuckoo's voice is more melodious than the crow's voice.
